Este trabajo de investigaci?n realiza un diagn?stico empresarial de las ?reas funcionales de la organizaci?n Manpotsherd, lo cual permite detectar posibles inconvenientes y falencias dentro de los procesos en dichas ?reas, para posteriormente formular planes de mejoramiento, fomentar?a el funcionamiento positivo de la empresa Manpotsherd, subsanar y aplicar correctivos que incremente la eficiencia, ademas refleje en competitividad y calidad que ofrece actualmente.The propose of this research work is to carry out a bussines diagnosis of the functional areas at Manpothserd organization, wich allows detecting possible inconveniences and shortcomings within the processes in the processes in these areas to later formulate improvement plans, it would promote the positive operation of the company Manpotsherd, correct and apply corrections that increase efficiency, as well as reflect on the competitiveness and quality that it currently offers.
