El objetivo de este estudio es determinar las estrategias que se utilizan en la actualidad para llevar a cabo el proceso de selecci?n de personal, esto se llev? a cabo a partir de la revisi?n sistem?tica de art?culos de investigaci?n emp?ricos revisados por pares cuyo prop?sito es exponer la efectividad de diversas t?cnicas de evaluaci?n de candidatos a las empresas. En total se encontraron 319 art?culos relacionados, sin embargo, solo 12 cumplieron con los requisitos establecidos para el estudio. Por otro lado, cabe resaltar la importancia de realizar m?s estudios sobre esta tem?tica con el fin de lograr establecer t?cnicas de selecci?n de personal que garanticen efectividad en el proceso en empresas de diversas dimensiones en Latinoam?rica.The objective of this study is to determinate the strategies that are currently using to execute the personnel selection process, this was carried out from the systematic review of empiric investigation articles review by pairs whose purpose is to expose the effectiveness of various evaluation techniques for company candidates. A total of 319 related articles were found, however, only 12 met the requirements established for the study. On the other hand, it is important to highlight the importance of conducting more studies on this subject to establish personnel selection techniques that guarantee effectiveness in the process on companies of different dimensions in Latin America.
