El municipio de Coello tiene determinantes ambientales y arquitect?nicas destacables las cuales lastimosamente no se ven aprovechadas para el desarrollo econ?mico, social y cultural. Para mitigar esto el plan de gobierno de Coello tiene estrategias hacia el turismo que prometen un crecimiento exponencial en el desarrollo econ?mico de la regi?n, pero a simple vista se ven ignorados elementos esenciales para el mejoramiento del municipio culturalmente, uno de esos elementos son los fundamentos econ?micos y end?micos. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar por medio de una respuesta arquitect?nica cuales son los elementos a destacar del municipio desarrollado en base a espacios que permitan el esparcimiento saludable, la producci?n e investigaci?n agr?cola, el libre comercio de productos agr?colas, motivando la educaci?n, turismo y econom?a. Por esto se desarrolla un proyecto arquitect?nico que da respuesta espacial a diferentes necesidades estudiadas y planteadas donde se encuentra soluciones espaciales que motivan experiencias interactivas para el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades urbanas, paisaj?sticas adem?s econ?micas, sociales y agr?colas.The municipality of Coello has remarkable environmental and architectural determinants, which are unfortunately not exploited for economic, social and cultural. To mitigate this, Coello government plan has strategies for tourism that promise exponential growth in the economic development of the region, but at first glance essential elements for the improvement of the municipality are ignored culturally, one of these elements are the economic and endemic foundations. The objective of this study is to determine through an architectural response what are the elements to highlight of the municipality developed based on spaces that allow healthy recreation, agricultural production and research, free trade in agricultural products, motivating education, tourism and the economy. For this reason, an architectural project is developed that responds spatially to different needs studied and raised where you will find spatial solutions that motivate interactive experiences for the development of different urban activities, economic, social and agricultural landscape.
