El presente proyecto tiene como prop?sito generar estrategias o elementos que permiten entender el estado del Sistema de Gesti?n de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en la Corporaci?n de Educaci?n del Norte del Tolima ? Coreducaci?n, la cual se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Honda, Tolima, para posteriormente, realizar las intervenciones consideradas como necesarias y de esta manera, dar cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Inicialmente se realiza una entrevista que permite obtener el diagn?stico de cumplimiento de los est?ndares m?nimos del SG-SST, y se detecta que s?lo el 18,5% de estos est?ndares est?n teniendo cumplimiento, se identifican los peligros, eval?an y valoran los riesgos con base a la Gu?a T?cnica Colombiana GTC 45, y se encuentra que existen 14 peligros, a los cuales se les debe realizar controles espec?ficos basados en las medidas de prevenci?n y control generadas, seguidamente, se realiza el plan de emergencias en el cual se plasman los procedimientos que deben llevarse a cabo en caso de una situaci?n que genere emergencias, as? como los recursos necesarios para su ejecuci?n; y por ?ltimo se realiza el plan de trabajo donde se fija el cronograma de actividades orientadas al cumplimiento de los est?ndares m?nimos con el presupuesto necesario para su implementaci?n. Los peligros a los que se encuentra expuesta la instituci?n, tienen repercusiones a largo plazo, y los elementos que son proporcionados por los autores de este trabajo, junto con las actividades realizadas por la instituci?n, aumentan de manera significativa, el cumplimiento de los est?ndares m?nimos.The purpose of this project was to generate strategies or elements that would allow us to understand the status of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in the Education Corporation of North Tolima - Coreducaci?n, which is located in the City of Honda, Tolima, to subsequently carry out the interventions considered necessary and in this way, comply with current regulations on safety and health at work. Initially an interview was conducted that allowed obtaining the diagnosis of compliance with the minimum standards of the OSHMS, and it was obtained that 18.5% of these standards were having compliance; on the other hand, the hazards were identified, evaluated and assessed the risks according to the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45 and it was found that there are 14 hazards, to which specific controls that were generated in the prevention and control measures should be performed ; the emergency plan was carried out in which the procedures that must be carried out in case of a situation that generates emergencies were captured, and finally a work plan was made where the schedule of activities aimed at meeting the minimum standards was set with the budget necessary for its implementation. The dangers to which the institution is exposed, have long-term repercussions, and the elements that were provided by the authors of this work, together with the activities carried out by the institution, significantly increased compliance with the minimum standards.
