El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad la creaci?n de un plan de negocio para la elaboraci?n de granola artesanal en la ciudad de Ibagu?, cuyo prop?sito es ofrecer a sus habitantes un producto de calidad, que brinde beneficios nutritivos al momento de consumirlo. Dentro del desarrollo del trabajo de grado se detalla el problema a investigar, viendo este mismo como una oportunidad de negocio. Tambi?n describe los antecedentes de la investigaci?n, el origen del cereal (granola) y componentes. Especifica la presentaci?n del plan de negocio y producto, la plataforma estrat?gica, aspectos del mercado, aspectos t?cnicos y de producci?n, aspectos organizacionales y finalmente se presentan los aspectos financieros. El estudio financiero hace referencia al plan de inversiones, la determinaci?n de ingresos y costos, la financiaci?n, el flujo de caja y se detallan los indicadores financieros.This project aims to create a business plan for the elaboration of artisan granola in the city of Ibagu?, whose purpose is to its inhabitants a quality product that provides nutritional benefits at the time of consumption.
