Siendo el d?a 13 de octubre del presente a?o (2018) a las 08:45 horas, se recibe una llamada por parte del patrullero Andr?s Ricaurte identificado con CC 1078388159 sobre el homicidio ocurrido en el edificio Teruel del barrio La Pola ubicado en la Cra 3 #2-03 de Ibagu?- Tolima. Posteriormente los servidores de polic?a judicial Juan David Zarrate y Myrzkander Latorre Perez se dirigen al lugar de diligencia para realizar actos urgentes sobre el hecho. Cuando se llega al lugar se identifican testigos y se recolecta EMP y EF para establecer los motivos y lo que sucedi? en el lugar.
