El presente proyecto de investigaci?n sirve como soporte para trabajo de grado dentro de los programas de la facultad de ingenier?a industrial de la universidad de Ibagu?, el tema seleccionado es el an?lisis del Modelo de Gesti?n Log?stica implementado en la empresa Construcciones y Consultor?as Integrales JP SAS, dedicada a mantenimiento y reparaci?n de edificaciones, mantenimiento de infraestructuras viales y otras actividades afines de la ingenier?a civil, con mayor ?nfasis en el an?lisis de los procesos de gesti?n log?stica relacionados con la cadena de abastecimiento, en lo concerniente a la gesti?n de adquisiciones o compras, salida de materiales, almacenamiento y los respectivos inventariosThis research project serves as support for degree work within the programs of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the University of Ibagu?, the selected topic is the analysis of the Logistics Management Model implemented in the company Construcciones y Consultorias Integrales JP SAS, dedicated to maintenance and repair of buildings, maintenance of road infrastructures and other related activities of civil engineering, with greater emphasis on the analysis of logistics management processes related to the supply chain, regarding the management of acquisitions or purchases , exit of materials, storage and the respective inventories. The general objective of the research is to evaluate in the first instance, the logistics management model implemented in the company JP SAS integral constructions and consultancies and from there, to recommend some strategies that contribute to improving their services in the different functional areas of the company adopting new actions to obtain better and successful results.
