Las irregularidades presentadas en el 2015 debido a la construcci?n de los escenarios deportivos en la ciudad de Ibagu? ha sido un tema de gran inter?s e importancia a nivel municipal y nacional, es una situaci?n que desprestigia la imagen de la regi?n y el alto impacto que se supone se gener? en la comunidad y en los deportistas es importante. Con el fin de identificar el impacto generado en los grupos de inter?s de la ciudad de Ibagu? debido a dichas irregularidades, se realiza esta investigaci?n, en este trabajo se analizan los resultados alcanzados y el impacto identificado en los grupos de inter?s y en la ciudad de Ibagu? debido a las irregularidades presentadas en la construcci?n de los escenarios deportivos para los XX Juegos deportivos nacionales. Este documento re?ne los resultados obtenidos en la fase piloto del proyecto, en la parte final del documento se relacionan los avances para la siguiente fase que se tiene visualizado que sea m?s amplia y con m?s factores a considerar.The irregularities presented in 2015 due to the construction of the sports venues in the city of Ibagu? has been a subject of great interest and importance at the municipal and national levels, it is a situation that discredits the image of the region and the high impact that supposed to be generated in the community and in athletes is important.
