El objeto de estudio de esta propuesta es el caso las tiendas de ropa Stwo Ubicada en la Cr 11 N? 37-44 del Barrio Gait?n en la ciudad de Ibagu? en el departamento de Tolima, Organizaci?n que lleva m?s de 10 a?os en el sector textil donde se presenta un direccionamiento estrat?gico poco efectivo, con falta de madurez en la gesti?n de los procesos estrat?gicos, operativos y de apoyo, se acuerda de tal manera, el dise?o de un Sistema Integrado de Gesti?n basado en las normas BASC V5: 2017, NTC ISO 6001: 2017 y NTC ISO 28000: 2008, teniendo en cuenta que la organizaci?n tiene como objetivo a largo plazo la incursi?n en mercados internacionales. Se comparan las diferentes normas para establecer acciones en el proceso de integraci?n de los sistemas; se diagnostica la madurez de la organizaci?n para analizar los riesgos y su complejidad; se dise?aThis proposal is the case of Stwo clothing stores Located in Cr 11 No. 37-44 in Gait?n neighborhood in Ibague city at the Tolima department, This organization has been in the textile sector for more than 10 years, where there is an ineffective strategic direction, with lack of maturity in the strategy?s operations management, and support processes. It is agreed in this way, the design of an Integrated Management System based on BASC V5: 2017 standards, NTC ISO 6001: 2017 and NTC ISO 28000: 2008, taking into account that the organization has a long-term objective to enter international markets. The different standards are compared to establish actions in the system integration process; the maturity of the organization is diagnosed to analyze the risks and their complexity; the integrated management system is designed, and finally an implementation plan is proposed.
