El proyecto que se trabaja en esta investigaci?n como caso de estudio, fue desarrollado por la empresa europea KNAPP en Cabre?va-Brasil siendo categorizado como peque?o. Las actividades de ese proyecto estuvieron orientadas a la integraci?n de la nueva l?nea de productos premium, as? como la actualizaci?n del software Transport WCS a un warehouse existente ubicado en Cabre?va, Brasil. Adem?s, se desarrolla dentro de un contexto internacional, donde dicha organizaci?n trabaja a nivel mundial, m?s all? de sus l?mites corporativos, gracias a los r?pidos y revolucionarios avances en las tecnolog?as de la informaci?n y comunicaci?n (TIC). De esta manera, los esfuerzos por administrar y mejorar los diferentes eslabones de la cadena de suministro en esenarios como este, requieren de una gesti?n de proyectos m?s colaborativa, centrada en el seguimiento de procesos de trabajo de proyectos. En este estudio emplea el Modelo para la Caracterizaci?n de la Colaboraci?n en Gesti?n de Proyectos (Modelo: Collaboration Charaterization Project Management; CCPM, por sus siglas en ingl?s) propuesto por Meisel (2016) para caracterizar y entender, tanto las relaciones de colaboraci?n entre los Roles de un Equipo de Proyecto (REP) como para evaluar la influencia de los factores que contribuyen a la formaci?n de la estructura general de una red colaborativa formada por dichos miembros. Los resultados del an?lisis visual y descriptivo muestran que el L?der de Proyecto KSI junto al de Atenci?n al Cliente KSI (LM) son los REP m?s importantes, debido a su centralidad y prestigio. Estos actores promueven el intercambio de informaci?n en la red efectuando rapidez en la comunicaci?n, siendo los m?s intermediarios y cercanos a otros REP. En cuanto a las fases del proyecto, el L?der de Proyecto KSI, tuvo una notable participaci?n en las relaciones colaborativas de cada una de las cinco fases, incentivando el intercambio de informaci?n en las diferentes redes de las fases.The project analyzed for this research as a case study, was developed by the European company KNAPP in Cabreuva Brazil being categorized as small. The activities of this project were aimed at integrating the new premium product line, as well as upgrading t he Transport WCS software to an warehouse located in Cabre?va, Brazil. This study uses The Collaboration Characterization Project Management model (CCPM Model) proposed by Meisel (2016) to characterize and understand both the collaborative relationships be tween Project Team Roles ( P TR ) and to evaluate the influence of the factors that contribute to the formation of the overall structure of a collaborative network formed by these members. The results of the visual and descriptive analysis show that the KSI Project Leader together with the KSI Customer Service (LM) are the most important PTR, due to their centrality and prestige. These actors promote the exchange of information in the network, being those of greater intermediation and proximity to other PTR. As for the project phases, the KSI Project Leader had a notable participation in the collaborative relations of each of the five phases, encouraging the exchange of information in them. Finally, the results of the stochastic network analysis show that f rom a strategic perspective three organisations promoted collaborative relations between their PTR, which are KSI Branch Office, Client and KSA Branch Office. From a tactical perspective, in the general network there was a low probability that the PTR had joint actions and a structure for sharing information. Lastly, from an interpersonal perspective, the results indicate that in the general network there was a tendency for the PTR in the network to establish mutual, reciprocal and trusting links. In addit ion, there was a high likelihood of collaborative relationships between the PTR communicating in English.
