El proyecto analiza los aportes de la Universidad de Ibagu? al desarrollo regional desde la perspectiva de sus partes interesadas internas: docentes, administrativos y estudiantes. El estudio se desarroll? mediante un enfoque de investigaci?n mixto, aplicando de manera simult?nea los m?todos cuantitativos y cualitativos para una mayor comprensi?n y precisi?n de los datos. La investigaci?n se llev? a cabo mediante dos fases: i) en la fase cualitativa se desarrollaron entrevistas semi ? estructuradas a docentes y administrativos, que permitieron conocer c?mo estos perciben los aportes de la universidad en pro del desarrollo de la regi?n, y ii) en la fase cuantitativa del estudio, se aplicaron encuestas en formato tipo Likert a una muestra de 299 estudiantes. Para el an?lisis de los datos se utilizaron paquetes de software especializado de SPSS (an?lisis cuantitativo) y ATLAS.ti (an?lisis cualitativo). Estas herramientas permitieron explorar varios caminos de an?lisis de los resultados, a partir del conjunto de las variables definidas de estudio. Entre los principales resultados se encontr? que tanto docentes, administrativos y estudiantes consideran que la Universidad de Ibagu? ha realizado aportes significativos al desarrollo de la regi?n, desde sus funciones misionales: docencia, investigaci?n y extensi?n, que seg?n Pe?ate y Torres (2018) son imprescindibles para una contribuci?n efectiva al desarrollo regional. Se resaltan aportes como el Semestre Paz y Regi?n, el Consultorio Jur?dico, investigaci?n aplicada a las necesidades de la regi?n y formaci?n integral que tiene en cuenta el contexto de la regi?n.The project analyzes the contributions of the University of Ibague to regional development from the perspective of its internal stakeholders: teachers, administrators and students. The study was developed using a mixed research approach, simultaneously applying quantitative and qualitative methods for greater understanding and precision of the data. The research was carried out through two phases: i) in the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were carried out with teachers and administrators, which allowed knowing how they perceive the contributions of the university for the development of the region, and ii) In the quantitative phase of the study, surveys in Likert format were applied to a sample of 299 students. Specialized software packages from SPSS (quantitative analysis) and ATLAS.ti (qualitative analysis) were used for data analysis. These tools allowed exploring various ways of analyzing the results, based on the set of study variables defined. Among the main results it was found that both teachers, administrators and students consider that the University of Ibagu? has made significant contributions to the development of the region, from its missionary functions: teaching, research and extension, which according to Pe?ate and Torres (2018) are essential for an effective contribution to regional development. Contributions such as the Peace and Region Semester, the Legal Office, research applied to the needs of the region and comprehensive training that takes into account the context of the region are highlighted.
