En este proyecto se presenta el dise?o, construcci?n y puesta en marcha del sistema estructural de un equipo no estandarizado para la evaluaci?n de capas de pavimento. El comportamiento de los pavimentos es un ?rea poco explorada en los laboratorios del programa de ingenier?a civil de la Universidad de Ibagu?, por lo tanto se busca aportar al crecimiento educativo e investigativo del programa estudiando distintos dise?os de materiales polim?ricos (geotextiles) y c?mo sus posiciones en el suelo pueden aumentar o disminuir la resistencia de los mismos. Este sistema estructural es capaz de resistir una carga c?clica de 1Hz con una fuerza m?xima de 2 toneladas y facilita el manejo del material que se va a analizar. Al unir este sistema con el sistema de potencia y electr?nico se obtiene una m?quina funcional y aut?noma donde se pueden realizar investigaciones confiables.This project presents the design, construction and evaluation of the structural system of a non-standardized device made for the evaluation of pavement layers. The behavior of the pavements is not an area explored in the civil engineering laboratories in program of the University of Ibague, by the way it look up to contribute to the educational and research growth of the program studying different designs of polymeric materials (geotextile) and how their positions in the ground they can increase or decrease the resistance of the ground. This structural system is able to hold out a cyclic load of 1Hz with a maximum force of 2 tons and make easy the handling of the material to be analyzed. After joining this system with the power and electronic system, it does a functional and autonomous machine where you can do reliable research.
