La educaci?n es un fen?meno complejo que involucra dos individuos, el docente y el alumno, que colaboran para el mismo fin: el desarrollo integral del alumno. Para que suceda y se desarrolle la funci?n educativa, se necesita, que los dos sujetos se encuentren y que entre ellos se establezca una relaci?n afectiva que construya que establezca bases s?lidas para la formaci?n integral de los estudiantes.
Es por ello que la presente revisi?n te?rica tiene como prop?sito, dar a conocer como se encuentra el estado del arte entre el v?nculo docente- alumno y el rendimiento acad?mico en la educaci?n secundaria, para ello se realizo la revisi?n de art?culos tanto emp?ricos como te?ricos de diferentes bases de datos como: Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Psycinfo, Science, Direct, Ebscohost, entre otros. Encontr?ndose que es un tema poco estudiado dentro de este nivel educativo, as? como tambi?n la correlaci?n de diferentes autores que indican que el v?nculo afectivo es muy importante dentro de este ciclo acad?mico, debido a que en una relaci?n docente-alumno en donde se propicien principios b?sicos como el respeto, la confianza y la aceptaci?n, se desarrollara una relaci?n c?lida, emp?tica y una comunicaci?n asertiva, que permitir? la aproximaci?n hacia el saber, adem?s se resalta la necesidad de este v?nculo dentro del contexto educativo actual colombiano y los cambios necesarios para entender a fondo la necesidad de esta relaci?n. Education is a complex phenomenon that involves two individuals, the teacher and the student, who collaborate for the same purpose: the integral development of the student. In order for the educational function to take place and develop, it is necessary for the two subjects to meet and for an affective relationship to be established between them that builds solid foundations for the integral formation of students.
It is for this reason that the present theoretical revision has as its purpose, to make known how the state of the art is found between the teacher-student bond and the academic performance in secondary education. For this purpose, the revision of both empirical and theoretical articles from different databases such as: Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Psycinfo, Science, Direct, Ebscohost, among others, was carried out. Finding that it is a subject little studied within this educational level, as well as the correlation of different authors who indicate that the affective bond is very important within this academic cycle, due to the fact that in a teacher-student relationship where basic principles such as respect, trust and acceptance are propitiated, a warm, empathic relationship will be developed and an assertive communication that will allow the approach to knowledge, also highlights the need for this bond within the current Colombian educational context and the changes necessary to understand in depth the need for this relationship.
