Mediante la utilizaci?n de las diferentes ciencias, t?cnicas y procedimientos que poseen la criminal?stica dentro de la investigaci?n judicial y criminal, se desarroll? una investigaci?n en la cual se pueden apreciar diferentes aspectos como lo son: 1) elementos de seguridad y m?todos por los cuales se debe proteger, preservar, desarrollar y efectuar una investigaci?n de actos urgentes, seg?n la normativa vigente para Colombia, estipulada en el c?digo de procedimiento penal, y enmarcada en la constituci?n pol?tica de Colombia. 2) la realizaci?n de procedimientos correspondientes a el teatro de los acontecimientos, intervenci?n por parte de los investigadores que all? efect?an sus labores. Manejo de la escena y de los EMP/EF que en ella se hallaren. 3) efectuar la fijaci?n, recolecci?n, preservaci?n, y envi? de EMP/EF que se hallaren, conservando un registro que demuestren su autenticidad, registro que es efectuado mediante la utilizaci?n de r?tulos de elementos materiales de prueba y evidencia f?sica, adem?s del registro de cadena de custodia. 4) mediante el uso de las distintas disciplinas, t?cnicas y procedimientos realizar un correcto desarrollo de la investigaci?n, conservando siempre el m?todo cient?fico como un procedimiento l?gico que nos permita prevenir errores. Esto con el fin de poder demostrar de manera correcta la real ocurrencia de un suceso e intervinientes, para as? poder efectuar un procedimiento judicial posterior o investigaci?n focalizada.ABSTRACT Through the use of the different sciences, techniques and procedures that criminalistics possesses within the judicial and criminal investigation, an investigation was developed in which different aspects can be appreciated such as: 1) security elements and methods by which must protect, preserve, develop and carry out an investigation of urgent acts, according to the regulations in force for Colombia, stipulated in the code of criminal procedure, and framed in the political constitution of Colombia. 2) the performance of procedures corresponding to the theater of the events, intervention by the researchers who perform their work there. This in order to be able to demonstrate correctly the actual occurrence of an event and intervenors, in order to be able to carry out a subsequent judicial procedure or focused investigation.
