Las paradas de autob?s hacen parte de la infraestructura mobiliaria, que es un factor influyente en la operaci?n del servicio del Transporte P?blico Colectivo (TPC), ya que es all? donde se realiza el seguro ascenso y descenso de los pasajeros, por ende, es importante que estos paraderos sean c?modos y seguros para ejercer el tiempo de espera mientras llega el autob?s. Los mobiliarios en Ibagu? en su mayor?a son poco utilizados por los usuarios del sistema, debido a que hay una percepci?n de inseguridad en estos lugares y el vandalismo ha hecho que no se encuentren en buen estado para prestar el servicio. El objetivo de esta investigaci?n radica en dise?ar la infraestructura y los elementos de los mobiliarios urbanos de paraderos del sistema de transporte p?blico en la ciudad de Ibagu?, para ofrecerle a la comunidad un paradero capaz de operar ?ptimamente y proporcionar un tiempo de espera del servicio m?s c?modo, promoviendo el uso de estos y aumentando as?, la cultura ciudadana, la seguridad vial y aportando a la correcta movilidad de la Capital Tolimense. En el trabajo se identifican las caracter?sticas y criterios de dise?o que esperar?an los usuarios tener en un paradero de bus, para lograr un tiempo de espera m?s agradable y provechoso, caracter?sticas que son tenidas en cuenta para realizar dos dise?os donde por medio de encuestas a los usuarios, se evalu? el nivel de aceptaci?n para la selecci?n del dise?o final, obteni?ndose un 54% de aceptaci?n para el paradero seleccionado.The bus stops are part of the movable infrastructure, which is an influential factor in the operation of the Public Public Transport service (TPC), since it is there where the safe ascent and descent of the passengers is made, therefore, it is important that these stops are comfortable and safe to exercise the waiting time while the bus arrives. Most of the furniture in Ibagu? is little used by the users of the system, because there is a perception of insecurity in these places and the vandalism has meant that they are not in good condition to provide the service. The objective of this research is to design the infrastructure and elements of the urban furniture of the public transportation system in the city of Ibagu?, to offer the community a whereabouts able to operate optimally and provide a waiting time for the service more comfortable, promoting the use of these and thus increasing citizen culture, road safety and contributing to the correct mobility of the Tolima Capital. In the work we identify the characteristics and design criteria that users would expect to have in a bus stop, in order to achieve a more pleasant and useful waiting time, characteristics that are taken into account in order to carry out two designs where, through surveys of the users, the level of acceptance was evaluated for the selection of the final design, obtaining a 54% acceptance for the selected whereabouts.
