En el marco del proyecto general de marca social AFEP047-017 desarrollado en el municipio de Natagaima al sur del departamento del Tolima, se formula esta propuesta de trabajo de grado con el fin de contribuir con los elementos de dise?o y plan operativo de la planta procesadora de harina de pl?tano cachaco que fue avalada para instalar en la zona. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se propone utilizar como apoyo las herramientas propias de: la administraci?n de operaciones, la log?stica, la seguridad industrial y el dise?o y distribuci?n de planta, con el fin de plantear los elementos t?cnicos con los cuales se debe montar y operar esta planta. El trabajo se propone ejecutarse en el orden de 4 meses, tiene un presupuesto de ejecuci?n de diez millones de pesos ($10?000.000) y se desarrolla cofinanciado por el proyecto AFEP047-17 con el apoyo del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo de Colombia.In the framework of the general project of social brand AFEP047-017 developed in the municipality of Natagaima in the south of the department of Tolima, this proposal of degree work is formulated in order to contribute with the design elements and operative plan of the processing plant of cachaco banana flour that was guaranteed to install in the area. The work is proposed to run in the order of 4 months, has an execution budget of ten million pesos ($ 10'000,000) and is co-financed by the project AFEP047-17 with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia.
