La principal causa de los retrasos que se produjeron en el ?rea administrativa de la compa??a Grupo Carolina Praxedis de Artunduaga S.A. surgi? de la falta de cumplimiento en las tareas designadas, para atenuar este problema, se plante? la pregunta de investigaci?n. ?Qu? estrategias podr?an implementarse para mejorar la efectividad de los empleados en la empresa? Para responder a esta pregunta, surgi? el plan de incentivos, que brind? una soluci?n a las necesidades de la compa??a al buscar mejorar el desempe?o de los empleados, tratar de motivarlos a trav?s de recursos financieros, fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y obtener un beneficio mutuo, es decir, la compa??a Incrementa sus beneficios as? como sus colaboradores. La metodolog?a aplicada para este proyecto comienza con el diagn?stico del ?rea administrativa de la empresa, en la cual se utilizaron manuales de funciones para evaluar la carga de trabajo; Los deberes se equilibraron por igual entre los cargos que compart?an actividades similares. Al final de esta revisi?n, se realiz? un an?lisis de los indicadores, que mostrar?a el porcentaje de cumplimiento con las actividades m?s importantes en cada ?rea; a partir de esto, se realiza la distribuci?n porcentual del incentivo econ?mico. Si bien los incentivos en el ?rea administrativa son inusuales, es posible cumplir el objetivo de dise?ar un plan de incentivos, satisfaciendo as? las necesidades de la compa??a al sugerir cambios que contribuyan a un crecimiento continuo. Grupo Carolina Praxedis de Artunduaga S.A. es una de las pocas empresas textiles que quedan en el departamento de Tolima, cuyo objetivo es mejorar su actividad econ?mica para generar m?s oportunidades de empleo y desarrollo para la regi?n. The main cause of the delays that occurred in the administrative area of the company Grupo Carolina Praxedis de Artunduaga S.A. were arisen from the lack of compliance in the designated tasks, to attenuate this problem the research question was stated. What strategies could be implemented to improve the effectiveness of the employees in the company? To answer this question, the incentive plan emerged, which gave a solution to the company's need by seeking to improve the performance of employees, trying to motivate them through financial resources, to strengthen teamwork and obtain a mutual benefit, that is, the company would increase its profits as well as its collaborators. The methodology applied for this project starts with the diagnosis of the administrative area of the company, in which function manuals were used in order to evaluate the workload; the duties were balanced equally among the positions that shared similar activities. At the end of this review, an analysis of the indicators was made, that would show the percentage of compliance with the most important activities in each area; starting from this, the percentage distribution of the economic incentive is made. Although the incentives in the administrative area are unusual, it is possible to fulfill the objective of designing an incentive plan, thus satisfying the company?s need by suggesting changes that contribute to a continuous growth. Grupo Carolina Praxedis de Artunduaga S.A. is one of the few textile companies left in the department of Tolima, which is intended to enhance its economic activity to generate more employment and development opportunities for the region.
