Sede Andina; Argentina.Planteo llevar a cabo un estudio sobre las posibilidades de Gestión Integral (recogida y su posterior Reciclado o Valorización) de los Aceites Vegetales (AVU's) de origen doméstico y de los sectores de hostería y gastronomía en la ciudad de San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro. Los principales motivos que impulsan este desarrollo son: Los AVU's son residuos que representan un grave peligro para la comunidad; tienen componentes cancerígenos; la existencia de circuitos informales por los cuales vuelven al consumo humano; no existe una legislación a nivel nacional sobre este tema; a nivel internacional, ya se puso en práctica este mecanismo de gestión.I propose to carry out a study on the possibilities of Integral Management (collection and subsequent Recycling or Valorization) of Vegetable Oils (AVU's) of domestic origin and of the hostelry and gastronomy sectors in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro. The main reasons that drive this development are: The AVU's are waste that represent a serious danger to the community; they have carcinogenic components; the existence of informal circuits through which they return to human consumption; there is no legislation at the national level on this subject; on an international level, this management mechanism has already been put into practice.
