The use of autologous dentin grafting processed with The Smart Dentin Grinder TM ® is an effective and promising alternative to bone grafting in dental implantology. This technique can offer a high success rate along with the possibility of avoiding rejection problems. In the following research paper, this topic was explored in more detail, including the proper protocol for this procedure, the benefits, and the risks. In addition, a clinical case is presented where it has been possible to develop the aforementioned technique with its respective controls to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment and its possible application in future implant treatments.
