The public hearings called by the Supreme Court in the case in which the constitutionality of the norms that regulate religious education in the public schools of Salta (Constitution and Law Nº 7.645) are finished. And while we await the judgment of the Court, we can make a balance of the issues left by this interesting and important institutional debate.Terminaron las audiencias públicas convocadas por la Corte Suprema en la causa en la que se discute la constitucionalidad de las normas que regulan la educación religiosa en las escuelas públicas de Salta (Constitución y Ley Nº 7.645). Y mientras esperamos la sentencia del Tribunal, podemos hacer un balance de lo que ha dejado este interesante e importante debate institucional.
