RESUMEN: La construcción del conocimiento se logra a partir de la interrelación de unos
saberes con otros, por esto cada ciencia tiene mucho que aportarle a otra, así la
Archivística aporta en el manejo, control, tratamiento y difusión de la información,
a todas las disciplinas.
La implementación de procesos archivísticos en las empresas, pone en evidencia
nuestros conocimientos y es un requisito fundamental para optar el Título
Tecnólogo en Archivística, es así como la Universidad de Antioquia sede Sonsón,
ofrece profesionales conscientes del valor de los archivos tanto públicos como
privados y capaces de proponer planes de mejora para los archivos del municipio,
la región y del país.
CONHYDRA reconoce la información como un recurso que debe administrarse y
por esta razón admite que la aplicación de los procesos archivísticos es necesaria
para el manejo técnico de la documentación y la mejora de los servicios de
consulta, además reconoce que el desarrollo de la tecnología facilita la labor
archivística, disminuyendo tanto las actividades operativas como los tiempos de
espera para el acceso a la información contenida en los documentos.
El Proceso Archivístico que se realiza en CONHYDRA es la Organización
Documental para el Archivo Central, cuyo alcance se da para todo el ciclo de vida
de los documentos, aplica entonces para los Archivos de Gestión, Central e
Histórico de la entidad, convirtiéndose en un recurso para la toma de decisiones y
en un respaldo para los deberes y derechos de la comunidad Sonsoneña.
La Práctica Académica de la Tecnología en Archivística, se desarrolla teniendo en
cuenta, la normatividad vigente y las metodologías archivísticas propuestas por el Archivo General de la Nación, lo que permite, encontrar soluciones a las
problemáticas documentales en la institución.
El Archivo Central de CONHYDRA S.A. E.S.P. Sonsón, no ha sido objeto de
ninguna intervención archivística, anteriormente la documentación del archivo
estaba almacenada en cajas y en un sótano, siendo éste causante de deterioros
biológicos. Luego de diez de años de estar ubicado allí, CONHYDRA cambió de
sede, asignando un espacio para el archivo. También en CONHYDRA se observa
que el principal factor de deterioro en los soportes es el antropogénico1
, el cual
involucra los métodos en el manejo de la documentación y los lugares de
almacenamiento, es decir el uso indiscriminado de medios de agrupación como
ganchos de cosedora y clips, numerosas perforaciones en los soportes, lo que
origina que los documentos no queden alineados en las carpetas, y ocasiona
deterioros de tipo físico-mecánico como rasgaduras o dobleces. Esto sumado a
los medios de almacenamiento en los que se encontraba la documentación antes
de la intervención archivística, pues no son aptos para la conservación y consulta,
ya que son cajas de diversos tamaños que se encuentran afectadas por la
humedad y por el peso de otras cajas.
Para la administración del Archivo de CONHYDRA Sonsón, la sede central de la
empresa crea un Listado de Clasificación donde se contempla en código y el
nombre de la serie, la subserie y el tipo documental.
