RESUMEN: La colección del Cementerio Museo San Pedro guarda la memoria y la historia de buena parte de diversas mujeres de Medellín desde el siglo XIX hasta la actualidad; en donde género, etnia y clase se reflejan a través del orden simbólico y espacial de sus tumbas, evidenciando un orden social y cultural que está presente tanto en la vida como en la muerte. Este trabajo de investigación parte de una muestra representativa de diversas mujeres inhumadas en este cementerio, para así visibilizar el lugar que han tenido a lo largo de la historia, sus luchas y sus reivindicaciones. Partiendo de una perspectiva feminista, utilizando la etnografía y la revisión documental. La investigación es cualitativa de tipo transversal y descriptiva.ABSTRACT: The collection of the San Pedro Cemetery Museum keeps the memory and history of many of the various women in Medellin from the 19th century to the present day; where gender, ethnicity and class are reflected through the symbolic and spatial order of their graves, evidencing a social and cultural order that is present in both life and death. This research work starts from a representative sample of various women buried in this cemetery, in order to make visible the place they have had throughout history, their struggles and their demands. Starting from a feminist perspective, using ethnography and documentary review. The research is qualitative, transversal and descriptive.
