RESUMEN: Esta investigación busca dar cuenta de la práctica de los Comités Barriales como práctica de resistencia ubicada en el municipio de Bello – Antioquia; resistencia que se comprende en dos vías, una busca reivindicar su accionar legitimo en su territorio ante las particularidades del contexto, como el alza desmesurada del impuesto predial y el avalúo catastral (esta colectividad surge en dicho contexto pero ha sostenido su lucha desde el año 2012 hasta el 2015 , esta práctica ha sido significativa en el municipio ya que ha permitido que muchos de sus habitantes pierdan el miedo a la denuncia de las inconsistencias que allí se presentan); en segunda vía, se reconoce que la resistencia es una práctica social que se fundamenta en las subjetividades de quienes apuestan por otras formas de vida distintas a las condiciones que hoy enfrentan, además, es la disposición de los sujetos a no ceder ante la desesperanza producida, en cambio reconocen que la construcción colectiva, la articulación y el reconocimiento de los otros, hace parte de la materialización de su utopía. En esta vía, esta sistematización recoge el proceso de Los Comités Barriales de Bello desde sus orígenes en el 2012 hasta el 2014 ; con este ejercicio pretendemos hacer un reconocimiento al quehacer de los Comités Barriales, buscando potenciar su práctica mediante las reflexiones que se generaron frente al proceso vivido. Por ello, la sistematización de experiencias fue la modalidad investigativa más pertinente, ya que, posibilita partir de las dinámicas generadas por las organizaciones sociales o procesos comunitarios, para construir reflexiones teóricas y metodológicas que permitan generar asiento en la realidad a los planteamientos que se difunden desde la academia; apostando así, a la producción de conocimiento pertinente generado desde y para las comunidades que se asumen en estos procesos investigativos.ABSTRACT: This research looks for showing the practice of Neighborhood Committees as a practice of resistance in the municipality of Bello – Antioquia; resistance as known in two ways. First of all, it looks for reclaiming its legitimate action in its territory to the particular context, as the skyrocketing property tax and property valuation, this community rises up in that context but has maintained its struggle from 2012 to 2015, this practice has been significant in the municipality since it has allowed many of its inhabitants lose their fear of denouncing the inconsistencies that occur there. As a second way, it recognized that the resistance is a social practice that is based on the subjectivities of those who choose for other forms of life different to the conditions that they face today. Therefore, it is the willingness of subjects to not give in to hopelessness produced, in spite of they recognize that the collective construction, articulation and recognition of others, is part of the realization of its utopia. In this way, this systematization collects Neighborhood Committees process in Bello since its inception in 2012 until 2014, with this research we aim for doing a recognition to the work of the Neighborhood Committees, looking for enhancing its practice through the reflections that were generated against the process lived. Therefore, the systematization of experiences was the most appropriate investigative mode, because it allows from the dynamics generated by social organizations or community processes to build theoretical and methodological reflections that can generate context in reality to the ideas that spread from the academy, looking for the production of relevant knowledge generated from and for the communities that are assumed in these investigative processes.Trabajo de Grado Meritorio Resolución No. 6297-Acta 699 del 15 de Mayo de 2017
