dc.descriptionRESUMEN: En el siguiente trabajo se aborda desde una perspectiva de Trabajo Social decolonial e intercultural la significación y sentido que las y los skaters brindan a sus prácticas, saberes, vivencias, percepciones de los espacios e imaginarios; constituyendo a partir de ellos referentes identitarios personales y colectivos y configurando rasgos diacríticos mediante los cuales se reconocen entre si y se diferencia de otros grupos. A partir de su identidad y las prácticas que la ponen en escena los skaters significan, habitan y transforman territorios; desarrollan ejercicios de territorialidad mediante los cuales apropian el espacio; entran en interacción con otros actores e instituciones configurando relaciones de poder por el control de los territorios; y construyen estrategias de participación desde las cuales ganan incidencia y revindican sus derechos ante la institucionalidad.

From its identity and the practices that puts it in the stage, the skaters mean, inhabit and transform territories; They develop territorial exercises through which they appropriate the space; enter into interaction with other actors and institutions by configuring power relations for the control of the Territories; And they build participatory strategies from which they gain incidence and vindicate their rights to institutionality.
