El Sistema de Gestión de Riesgos en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) debe ser dinámico, articulado con las diferentes dependencias de la empresa, adicional a esto, debe permitir la interacción entre estos, facilitando la retroalimentación y el alcance de los objetivos empresariales propuestos (Mohammadfam, Kamalinia, Momeni, & Golmohammadi, 2016), por lo que puede resultar algo complejo y difícil de desarrollar, incluso aun después de su implementación este requiere de mejoras continuas. On the other hand, the development of this research in the field of occupational health and safety, allows the researchers to know from the reality of the labor context, the effectiveness in the implementation of the SGR, which in addition to knowing if it is relevant, will allow Identify the factors that possibly do not facilitate the fulfillment of business objectives, the reduction of risk, the most relevant risk factors, but above all how the worker perceives their environment and the strategies that the company develops in favor of improving the quality of working life, through the SGR, which will allow the researchers to generate the design and application of plans and proposals that promote the improvement and reduction of the identified factors, the improvements themselves to the SGR, not only for the participating population of the study, but of other entities that see fit the application of said proposals.
