Este trabajo documental tiene como tema central las principales causas por las que ha sido afectado el bienestar de la empresa Marnell Security LTDA y como se ve afectada la calidad de vida de los trabajadores, ya que el mejoramiento de las condiciones laborales está en riesgo de disminución dentro de las empresas colombianas. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar las principales causas por las que ha sido afectado el bienestar de la empresa Marnell Security LTDA y como se ve afectada la calidad de vida de los trabajadores. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación, se realizará la metodología mixta, la cual permite usar métodos cuantitativos como cualitativos.
