This document highlights the importance of strengthening organizational leadership to favor the implementation of non-face-to-face work modalities, taking as a reference the experiences lived by managers and public servants of the Government of Antioquia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research approach is mixed, of an exploratory type, using interview and survey techniques as techniques, in order to identify the challenges faced by the leaders of the Government of Antioquia, in the context described above, with the purpose to review the entity's leadership model and propose the necessary adaptations to said model, based on the question: What implications has remote work had on the leadership of the directors of the Government of Antioquia during COVID-19?
