176 p.La comunicaci?n asertiva es parte fundamental en el quehacer pedag?gico de cualquier Instituci?n Educativa y se hace fundamental para los docentes, en la instituci?n Alfonso L?pez Pumarejo, del municipio de Honda Tolima. En dicha Instituci?n, se observ? ausencia de comunicaci?n asertiva entre algunos profesores, afectando el clima laboral y a su vez el clima de aula. La investigaci?n indag? sobre antecedentes de otras investigaciones afines al objeto de estudio, encontrando referencias a nivel nacional e internacional centradas ?nicamente en el mejoramiento de la comunicaci?n en la comunidad estudiantil y en la importancia de las relaciones interpersonales entre docentes y estudiantes. Se encontraron estudios que muestran estrategias de interacci?n que inciden en la comunicaci?n en clase, as? como estrategias de motivaci?n para las acciones desarrolladas en el aula. Sin embargo, no fue as?, a nivel regional, en donde se enfoca la comunicaci?n s?lo como competencia de aprendizaje. A nivel local, no se encontraron trabajos sobre este asunto. La investigaci?n se fundamenta te?ricamente desde los planteamientos de Garc?a (2012) y Fragoso, (1999) en lo que a comunicaci?n se refiere y desde Bishop, (2000) en cuanto a comunicaci?n asertiva. La naturaleza de la investigaci?n es mixta, la poblaci?n est? conformada por todos los docentes y estudiantes del establecimiento educativo, la muestra en los docentes se realiz? con aquellos que orientan en la b?sica secundaria y media y en los estudiantes es de un n?mero menor en relaci?n al total. Como t?cnica de recolecci?n de datos se utiliz? la encuesta y la revisi?n documental. Los resultados se representan de manera tabular y gr?fica y de an?lisis de los documentos hallados. Finalmente, se realiz? un an?lisis cualitativo de los resultados, permitiendo identificar los factores que afectan la comunicaci?n entre docentes y entre estos y los estudiantes dando respuesta a los objetivos propuestos.Assertive communication is a fundamental element of the pedagogical work of any Educational Institution and is essential for teachers, at the Alfonso L?pez Pumarejo institution in the municipality of Honda Tolima. In this Institution, there was an absence of assertive communication between some teachers, affecting the work environment and the classroom climate. The research investigated the background of other research related to the object of study, finding references at national and international level focused exclusively on the improvement of communication in the student community and the importance of interpersonal relationships between teachers and students. Some studies show interaction strategies that influence class communication, as well as motivation strategies for the actions that are developed in the classroom. However, this was not the case, at the regional level, where communication is focused only as a learning competence. At the local level, no papers were found on this issue. The research is theoretically based on the approaches of Garc?a (2012) and Fragoso, (1999) in terms of communication and since Bishop, (2000) in terms of assertive communication. The nature of the research is mixed, the population is made up of all the teachers and students of the institution and the sample of the teachers was extracted with those who work in the secondary and middle school. In relation to the students, the sample corresponds a smaller number in relation to the total. As a data collection technique, the poll and documentary review were used. The results are represented in a tabular and graphical way and of analysis of the documents found. Finally, a qualitative analysis of the results was carried out, allowing the identification of the factors that affect the communication between teachers and between them and the students in response to the proposed objectives.
