| dc.description | Esta investigaci?n se realiza bajo la orientaci?n te?rica de los Est?ndares B?sicos de
competencias en Matem?ticas propuestos por el Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional
(MEN), las Fundamentaciones y orientaciones para la implementaci?n del Decreto 1290
de 2009, el Sistema Institucional de Evaluaci?n Educativa perteneciente a la Instituci?n
Educativa Ra?ces del Futuro del municipio de Ibagu? y las perspectivas de algunos
docentes con asignaci?n acad?mica en el ?rea de Matem?ticas en el grado 3? B?sica
Primaria. Su prop?sito principal es analizar la coherencia de la finalidad de la evaluaci?n
de los estudiantes entre la normatividad vigente propuesta por el MEN, la planteada por
el SIEE de la instituci?n y la implementada por el docente en sus procesos de evaluaci?n
en el aula. Coherencia entendida como una concepci?n que no presenta contradicciones
internas (Pinto, 1996, p. 221).
El sustento te?rico y metodol?gico de este estudio se fundamenta en investigaciones
realizadas por autores como: Mateo (2000), Bordas y Cabrera (2001), Scriven (1967),
Stiggins, et al (2007), Castillo (2004), Ahumada (2005), L?pez (2007), Popham (2013),
Escudero (2012), ?lvarez (2009), Garc?a (2014), quienes desde sus concepciones dan
un aporte valioso en cuanto a evaluaci?n, finalidad de la evaluaci?n y al m?todo de
investigaci?n.
Metodol?gicamente la investigaci?n se enmarca en un enfoque cualitativo, recurriendo
al m?todo de an?lisis de contenido. Las t?cnicas empleadas para recolectar la
informaci?n consistieron en un an?lisis de texto relacionado con la revisi?n documental
a la normatividad vigente en materia de evaluaci?n, al Sistema de Evaluaci?n
Institucional y a los Est?ndares B?sicos de Competencias correspondientes al ?rea de
Matem?ticas para el grado 3? EBP.; y en una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada a
cuatro docentes de la Instituci?n. De igual manera, para el progreso de esta investigaci?n se definieron las siguientes categor?as de an?lisis: concepciones, objeto de la evaluaci?n,
pertinencia de la evaluaci?n y estrategias de mejora a la evaluaci?n.
Los hallazgos permitieron establecer la falta de coherencia entorno a la finalidad de los procesos de evaluaci?n que realizan los docentes y la planteada por la normativa estatal e institucional, lo cual repercute directamente en los aprendizajes de los estudiantes y en los porcentajes de fracaso escolar. | |
| dc.description | This investigation realizes under the theoretical orientation of the Basic Standards of
competitions in Mathematics proposed by the Department of National Education (MEN),
the Foundations and orientations for the implementation of the Decree 1290 of 2009, the
Institutional System of Educational Evaluation belonging to the Educational Institution
Roots of the Future of Ibagu?'s municipality and the perspectives of some teachers with
academic assignment in the area of Mathematics in the degree 3 ? Basic Primary; his
principal intention is to analyze the purpose that has the evaluation that the teachers
realize in this area and in this degree especially, confirming the relevancy between the
purpose of the evaluation proposed by the MEN, the raised one in the SIEE and the
implemented one for the teacher in his processes of evaluation in the classroom.
Relevancy understood as the joint between these three approaches.
The theoretical and methodological sustenance of this study is based on investigations
realized by authors as: Mateo (2000), Huts and Cabrera (2001), Castle (2004), Smoked
(2005), Sampieri, Hill and Baptist (2010), Cistern, F. (2005), Hern?ndez, P. (2008),
M?ndez (1987), D?az, B. and Hern?ndez, R. (2000), ?lvarez (1985), Cardinet (1986),
MEN (1997), who from his conceptions give a valuable contribution as for evaluation,
purpose of the evaluation and to the method of investigation.
Methodologically the investigation places in a qualitative approach, resorting to the
method of analysis of content. The technologies used to gather the information consisted
of an analysis of text related to the documentary review to the in force normatividad as
for evaluation, to the System of Institutional Evaluation and to the Basic Standards of
Competitions corresponding to the area of Mathematics; and in a semistructured interview
applied to four teachers of the Institution in his different headquarters. Of equal way, for
the progress of this investigation the following categories of analysis were defined: conceptions, object of the evaluation, relevancy of the evaluation and didactic strategies
of evaluation.
The findings allowed to establish the lack of relevancy I half-close to the purpose of the
processes of evaluation that fulfil the teachers and the raised one for the state and
institutional regulation, which reverberates directly in the learnings of the students and in
the percentages of school failure.
