Recurso Electr?nico La presente investigaci?n es el resultado de la experiencia educativa en la ense?anza del Derecho, por eso, su t?tulo: ?Pertinencia del dise?o curricular del Sistema Modular del Programa de Derecho de la Universidad de Ibagu??, la cual permite ofrecer a la comunidad acad?mica un an?lisis enfocado a la teorizaci?n sobre la formaci?n de abogados.
A partir de la revisi?n documental, se abordan diferentes autores sobre la evoluci?n, acepciones, criterios sobre el curr?culo, para alcanzar objetivos, contenidos, metodolog?a, planteamiento, adopci?n, administraci?n y aplicaci?n del dise?o modular.
Por ello, el estudio permite establecer la pertinencia interna y externa, la naturaleza, el concepto, las caracter?sticas, ventajas y desventajas del dise?o curricular del Sistema Modular para reflexionar sobre sus modificaciones y necesidades acorde al tiempo, la educaci?n superior y la sociedad actual.

Consequently, its title: "Relevance of the curricular design of the Modular System in the Law Program at the University of Ibagu?" offers to the academic community an analysis focused on theorization in the formation of lawyers. Based on a literature review, several authors were approached about the evolution, meanings and criteria of the curriculum, in order to achieve objectives, contents, methodology, design, adoption, administration and application of the modular design. Therefore, this study allows establishing the internal and external relevance, the nature, the concept, the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the curricular design of the Modular System, to think over its modifications and needs according to the current times, higher education and our modern society.
