Recurso Electr?nicoAnalizadas las dos primeras aproximaciones de lo que pudo ser el camino de los virreyes en el contexto municipal de Piedras Tolima y donde no se defin?a claramente si era real o no la existencia de este, fue preciso contemplar la necesidad de verificar dicha informaci?n y posteriormente se toma la decisi?n hacer una tercera que consisti? en trabajo de campo donde se encuentran los vestigios de este, la cual queda documentada mediante un registro fotogr?fico y coordenadas satelitales para tener mayor precisi?n y lograr determinar en el ejercicio de dise?o del proyecto, situaciones que nos permitan de generar a ciertas distancias algunos elementos o artificios que tengan valor o significancia para los habitantes en temas relacionados con medio ambiente e historia del Bulira y por supuesto resaltar el eje de aproximaci?n del antiguo camino real. Consecutivamente se inicia con el tema de la propuesta arquitect?nica que busca la Integraci?n del camino real mediante la renovaci?n urbana del centro Itandaima del municipio de Piedras. Se gener? un dise?o que destacara los elementos que identifican el lugar como lo son, el Rio Opia y la Ostra de agua dulce ?nica en el mundo. De esta manera rescatar el valor hist?rico y paisaj?stico que tiene el lugar y de esta manera fomentar el turismo para que active la econom?a del sector. Por esta raz?n el proyecto crea un espacio de transici?n entre los vestigios del camino real con relaci?n al parque principal denominado Bulira. Esta renovaci?n, cuenta con una propuesta de equipamientos que quedar?n planteados para satisfacer necesidades de los turistas y los habitantes, entre los cuales est?n: plaza de mercado, central de sacrificios, estaci?n de bomberos, centro de ferias y exposiciones, centro cultural, hotel urbano, hotel rural, museo hist?rico, entre otros. Consecutively it starts with the theme of the architectural proposal that seeks the integration of the real road through the urban renewal of the Itandaima center of the municipality of Piedras. A design was generated that highlights the elements that identify the place as they are, the Rio Opia and the unique freshwater oyster in the world. In this way, to rescue the historic and landscape value of the place and in this way encourage tourism to activate the economy of the sector. For this reason, the project creates a transitional space between the vestiges of the royal road in relation to the main park called Bulira. This renovation, it has a proposal of facilities that are raised to meet the needs of tourists and residents, among which are: market square, sacrificial center, fire station, fair and exhibition center, cultural center, urban hotel, rural hotel, historical museum, among others.
