Recurso Electr?nicoLas TIC han revolucionado la forma de ense?ar y aprender, al traer consigo m?todos y herramientas que apoyan y facilitan la transferencia de conocimientos, permitiendo el desarrollo de habilidades y capacidades en la recepci?n y transmisi?n de informaci?n tanto en los docentes como en los estudiantes (Ahumada, 2013). El siguiente trabajo de investigaci?n se enmarc? dentro de un enfoque cualitativo, cuyo objetivo se esboz? en el an?lisis de la incidencia de la implementaci?n de las TIC en procesos de ense?anza y aprendizaje dentro formaciones tituladas del ?rea de construcci?n, las cuales se han ejecutado en Ibagu? y Chaparral por el SENA. Se desarroll? a partir de unas bases te?ricas y legales que permitieron dar cuenta de un marco general relacionado con el uso de herramientas tecnol?gicas en ambientes de aprendizaje, las cuales se articulan como facilitadoras de los procesos de formaci?n. De esta manera, se procedi? a utilizar diversas t?cnicas de recolecci?n de informaci?n, las cuales permitieron conocer la percepci?n tanto de instructores como de aprendices, quienes actuaron como fuentes primarias de informaci?n, al constituir los sujetos de la presente investigaci?n. Una vez recolectada la informaci?n, se realiz? el an?lisis de tales instrumentos a partir de herramientas computacionales que procesan datos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Finalmente, se dise?? y present? una estrategia did?ctica que vincula las TIC en los procesos de formaci?n, por cuanto se pretende impactar positivamente en los procesos y procedimientos que se relacionan con el aprendizaje significativo. De igual manera, se realiz? una reflexi?n a partir de las conclusiones dadas por los resultados de car?cter metodol?gico obtenidos, la cual busca invitar a las ?reas competentes y a futuras investigaciones a mitigar los efectos de la amplia brecha que se ha abierto en torno a la utilizaci?n de herramientas TIC en diferentes zonas donde se imparten las formaciones tituladas.ICT have changed the way of teaching and learning, providing methods and tools that support and facilitate the transfer of knowledge, allowing the development of skills and abilities in the reception and transmission of information including both teachers and students (Ahumada, 2013). The following research paper was framed within a qualitative approach, which objective was outlined in the analysis of the impact of the implementation of ICT in teaching and learning within education processes of the building area, which have been implemented in Ibague and Chaparral by SENA. It was developed from theoretical and legal bases that provided a general framework associated with the use of technological tools in learning environments, which are articulated as facilitators of training processes. Later on, we proceeded to use different data collection techniques, which allowed to know the perception both instructors and trainees, who acted as primary sources of information, constituting the subject of this research. Once the information was gathered, the analysis of those instruments was made using computational tools that process quantitative and qualitative data. Finally, a teaching strategy was designed and presented and this one links ICT in training processes, it was intended to impact in a positive way the processes and procedures that are related with meaningful learning. Likewise, we presented a final reflection which was based on the conclusions given by the methodological results obtained, the last one seeks to invite relevant areas and future research works to mitigate the effects of the wide gap that has been opened around the use ICT tools in different areas where training processes are given.
