dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the company Calzado New Walk, which is being studied and analyzed during the first half of 2023. As a brief context, New Walk is a Colombian footwear producer located in the Quiroga neighborhood of the city of Bogota, which since 2002 offers its services of quality footwear at affordable prices for any member of the family. The objective of this company's presentation is the formulation and proposal of a strategic improvement plan, taking into account the current situation of the footwear industry in Colombia and the new trends in which the market has been involved since the technological era and the recovery of the economy due to the Covid-19 contingency. Thus, from this first stage, thanks to the development of the Lean Canvas for understanding the operation of the company, from the definition of current characteristics: customer, revenue, value propositions, distribution channels, among others, the team has gathered several opportunities that are expected to be defined and developed in depth later with the use of other marketing tools.
