dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se centra en el estudio de los párametros de proyección térmica enfocándose en los efectos del flujo de H2 y la distancia de proyección en la capa de anclaje NiCoCrAlY aplicada mediante proyección térmica de alta velocidad (HVOF) sobre Inconel 625. Se uso un protocolo estadístico factorial para evaluar la correlación entre la naturaleza química, microestructural y morfológica de la capa y su adherencia. Los resultados indicaron que el 54\% de las fallas cohesivas ocurrieron en el recubrimiento. No hubo diferencias significativas entre los parámetros y las pruebas ASTM C633, se encontraron diferencias significativas factor del flujo de H2 en los espesores. (Texto tomado de la fuente)
dc.description.abstractThe present research focuses on the study of thermal spray parameters and focuses on the effects of H2 flow and projection distance on the NiCoCrAlY anchor layer applied using HVOF on Inconel 625. A statistical protocol was used to evaluate the correlation between the chemical, microstructural, and morphological nature of the layer and its adherence. The results indicated that 54 % of the cohesive failures occurred in the coating. There were no significant differences between the parameters and the ASTM C633 tests, but significant differences were found in the H2 flow factor in the thicknesses.
