El artículo tiene como objetivo contribuir con la sistematización de las tradiciones decembrinas de Gramalote para la conservación de su identidad y facilitar su inclusión en las actividades educativas que se desarrollan en el Nuevo Gramalote. El artículo constituye una síntesis del trabajo de grado, el cual se implementó por medio de una investigación de carácter cualitativo, descriptiva y de campo. Fueron seleccionados 08 informantes clave a partir de cuyo relato se realizó la descripción de las fiestas que se desarrollaban en Gramalote desde la conmemoración de la fundación de Gramalote y día de la Virgen de Monguí hasta la representación de la llegada de los Reyes Magos. Como resultado se obtuvo una sistematización detallada de cada festividad. Para concluir, se destaca la necesidad de preservar la memoria colectiva de la comunidad y el papel que debe jugar la educación en tal sentido   Abstract The objective of the article is to contribute to the systematization of Gramalote's Christmas Traditions for the preservation of their identity and to facilitate their inclusion in the educational activities that take place at Nuevo Gramalote. The article constitutes a synthesis of the degree work, which was developed by means of a qualitative, descriptive and field research. 08 key informants were selected from whose story the description of the parties that were developed in Gramalote was made from the commemoration of the foundation of Gramalote and the day of the Virgin of Monguí to the representation of the arrival of the Magi. As a result, a detailed description of each holiday was obtained. To conclude, the need to preserve the collective memory of the community and the role that education should play in this regard is highlighted.
