dc.description | We first give criteria for weak Lyapunov functions associated to differential inclusions, given in R-n and governed by Lipschitz Cusco perturbations of maximal monotone operators. Next, we apply this result to study the existence and stability of differential inclusions involving normal cones to prox-regular sets. Keywords.
