| dc.description | El cultivo de chocho en nuestro país es considerado de poco interés por los
agricultores, los cuales lo cultivan por tradición o costumbre sin considerar el
verdadero potencial nutricional de ésta leguminosa.
El INIAP, a través del Programa Nacional de Leguminosas, la Facultad de
Recursos Naturales de la ESPOCH y con la financiación del FUNDACYT
(Fundación para la Ciencia y Tecnología) han emprendido ésta investigación,
como un primer paso para poder llegar a desarrollar en un forma potencial el
cultivo de chocho, mediante la generación, transferencia de tecnología y
comercialización adecuada tanto para pequeños como medianos productores. De
esta manera se podrá suplir parte del problema de desnutrición existente en el
país y de manera especial en las zonas donde lo cultivan. | |
| dc.description | The cultivation of lupin in our country is considered habit of little interest for the
farmers, which they cultivate it for tradition or without considering the true potential
[nutricional] of this lupin.
The INIAP, through the National Program of Leguminosas, the Faculty of Natural
Resources of the ESPOCH and with the financing of the FUNDACYT (Foundation
for the Science and Technology) they have undertaken this investigation, like first
one step in order to could come to develop the cultivation in a potential form of
doddering, by means of the generation, transfer of technology and appropriate
commercialization so much for small like medium producers. This way will be
replaced part of the problem of existent malnutrition in the country and of special
way in the zones where they cultivate it. | |
