Resumen
The technical Project aimed to desing a tourism producto to Santiago de Quito village, Colta cantón, Chimborazo province; an applied methodology was used through bibliographic and field research techniques. To determine the situational analysis to Santiago de Quito village, the systimstization of primary and secondary information was carried out; the market study for the desingn of the producto, segmentation, sample, análisis of results and tourist profile; the technical and socio-environmental feasibility was carried out through the designo f the producto, itineraries, scripts and budget, the degree of enviromental impact was evaluated using the Lázaro Lagos matrix, the legal and administrative feasibility was determined through research of secondary sources based on laws for the operation and administration of the tourist product. In addition, the economic-financial study determined the investimend budget, sources of financing, depreciation of fixed assets, expenses, income, and cash flow. The financial analysis was elaborated with indicators such as net present value, internal rate of return, and cost-benefit ratio.It was determined that in the village there are attractions of hierarchy I and II, this indicates that they are attractions that have tourist potencial, the market stady determined that there is an acceptance of 93% by foreing tourist and 86% by nationals, designing 2 tourist packages which will be marketed by internet. The tourist product will be profitable based on the financial indicators: Net Present Value $39701.8, Internal Rate of Return 20%. To sum, it was concluded that the projet is commercially, technically productive, legally administrative, socio-environmentally and economically viable, recommending to manage its execution in relation to the results obtained.
