Desarrollo de un sistema web, dirigido a la gestión de reservas de viajes y estadías de turistas para la Agencia Melcor Travel S. A. del cantón Guayaquil.

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto para la agencia de viajes está enfocado en automatizar la gestiónde reservas de viajes y estadías. El sistema web a implementarse permitirá beneficiar al personal de la agencia de viajes ya que facilitará y agilizará los procesos que ellos realizanen su trabajo; también se beneficiará a turistas y nuevas personas que quieran obtener servicios de la agencia al realizar el proceso de reservas. Para el desarrollo del sistema web se empleó la metodología Iconix donde se puede ir revisando los requerimientos, el análisis el diseño y de ahí su implementación. Para el almacenamiento de la información se utilizó MySQL brindando control y seguridad de los datos controlando que sean manipulados solo por el personal autorizado. Concluyendo el sistema web a implementar proporcionará ayuda sustancial en los procesos que se realizan diariamente.

The web system to be implemented will benefit the staff of the travel agency since it will facilitate and streamline the processes they carry out in their work; It will also benefit tourists and new people who want to obtain services fromthe agency when carrying out the reservation process. For the development of the web system, the iconix methodology was used where the requirements can be reviewed, the design analysis and hence its implementation. For the storage of the information, My SQL was used, providing control and security of the data, controlling that they are manipulated only by authorized personnel. Concluding the web system to be implemented will provide substantial help in the processes that are carried out daily.
