En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se va a estudiar el derecho a la vida, la vida humana y su inviolabilidad, el núcleo esencial del derecho a la vida, el concepto de dignidad humana, características del derecho a la vida, Límite mínimo de protección de la vida, el presumible absolutismo de los derechos constitucionales de cara con la incompatibilidad pragmática de los mismos, así como también se revisará si la el bien jurídico que protege el derecho a la vida es disponible o indisponible, en qué casos habría posibles limitaciones o excepciones, concatenado con lo anterior se revisara que es lo que establece la órbita internacional respecto de los derechos del ser humano y la vida.
