Beneficios de los ejercicios pliométricos en deportistas de Jiu-Jitsu Brasileño en Mantra Fit Center.

Resumen
La pliometría es un tipo de entrenamiento que consiste en realizar ejercicios
específicos para llevar a la musculatura a la fuerza máxima y potenciarlo en el
menor tiempo posible. El Jiu-Jitsu Brasileño es un arte marcial, que, utilizando
diferentes técnicas, consiste en llevar al oponente al suelo, con fin de establecer una
lucha. Objetivo: Demostrar los beneficios del ejercicio pliométrico en deportistas de
Jiu-Jitsu Brasileño Metodología: Diseño Pre-experimental, Enfoque cuantitativo,
Alcance explicativo, corte longitudinal y una muestra de 40 deportistas, los
Instrumentos: Test de Bosco, One Leg Balance Test, Y Balance Test, Test de Illinois
y Test de Flexión Profunda. Resultados: Según One Leg Balance Test, dió un
promedio en pierna derecha – ojos abiertos – pre-tratamiento 160 segundos y post tratamiento 280 segundos, en pierna derecha con ojos cerrados pasó de 28.71
segundos a 33.60 segundos, en pierna izquierda – ojos abiertos – pre-tratamiento:
156.81 segundos y post-tratamiento: 288 segundos, en pierna izquierda – ojos
cerrados pre-tratamiento obtuvieron 26.44 segundos y mejoró a 31.16 segundos; en
Y Balance Test, en pierna derecha pre-tratamiento: 58.15 cm y post-tratamiento
62.80 cm, en pierna izquierda pre-tratamiento de 56.98 cm y post-tratamiento de
62.68 cm; en el Test de Flexión Profunda de Tronco, se obtuvo pre-tratamiento
34.46 cm y post-tratamiento 37.5 cm; en el Test de Illinois se valoró pre-tratamiento
en 17.1 segundos y post-tratamiento fue 15.87 segundos; y el Test de Bosco arrojó
un promedio de 15.90 índice elástico en el pre-tratamiento y post-tratamiento 20.70
Conclusión: Mejoró la flexibilidad, fuerza explosiva, agilidad y estabilidad dinámica y estática. Plyometrics is a type of training that consists of performing specific exercises to bring

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, which, using different techniques, consists of taking
the opponent to the ground, in order to establish a fight. Objective: To demonstrate
the benefits of plyometric exercise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes. Methodology: Pre experimental design, quantitative approach, explanatory scope, longitudinal cut and a
sample of 40 athletes, Instruments: Bosco Test, One Leg Balance Test, Y Balance
Test, Illinois Test and Deep Flexion Test. Results: According to One Leg Balance
Test, gave an average in right leg - eyes open - pre-treatment 160 seconds and post treatment 280 seconds, in right leg with eyes closed went from 28.71 seconds to

seconds; and the Bosco Test yielded an average of 15.90 elastic index in the pre treatment and post-treatment 20.70. Conclusion: Improved flexibility, explosive strength, agility and dynamic and static stability.
