El presente trabajo trata de demostrar el impacto ambiental que se genera en la transmisión de la energía eléctrica, en este caso de una línea de transmisión de 230 kV evaluándolo por el Método de Leopold, estos impactos dependerán de la trayectoria en la que se vaya a construir y de la longitud de esta. Con el método de Leopold se analizarán los factores y acciones que se tienen en las fases de construcción, operación y cierre o abandono de una línea de transmisión de 230 KV, se presenta la Matriz evaluada en base a lo investigado de la Línea de Transmisión San Gregorio - San Juan de Manta a 230 KV. Con esta investigación se deja en claro lo peligroso que pueden llegar a ser el medio ambiente, para la salud del ser vivo, si no se siguen las normas adecuadas y por ende no se trata con responsabilidad.The present work tries to demonstrate the environmental impact generated in the transmission of electric power, in this case of a 230 kV transmission line, evaluating it by the Leopold Method, these impacts will depend on the trajectory in which it is going to be built and the length of the same. The Leopold method will be used to analyze the factors and actions during the construction, operation and closure or abandonment phases of a 230 kV transmission line. The Matrix evaluated based on the research of the 230 kV San Gregorio - San Juan de Manta Transmission Line is presented. With this research it is made clear how dangerous the environment can become, for the health of the living being, if the adequate norms are not followed and therefore it is not treated with responsibility.
