dc.descriptionVocational-professional orientation is not a recent problem, over time, society has tried to make the individual adjust to the profession, as one of the fundamental issues to obtain better results in their fundamental activity, work ; reason why this subject has been in the thought of philosophers, sociologists, psychologists and pedagogues in general. This research is based on an interpretive paradigm that aims to delve into the moral and social values ​​that emerge from Marti's pedagogical work. According to the results of the analysis, the practice of professional-vocational guidance has undergone notable changes since its definition, scope and projection. In Latin America there has been a greater awareness of the importance of directing these orientation efforts to the integral development of the young person's personality, to stimulate his decision-making capacity through adequate information and self-knowledge. From Cuba, this work is developed supported by the thought of José Julián Martí Pérez, which emphasizes the comprehensive training of young people, sensitizes with the professional profile of the teacher among others, it is concluded that this approach is important in society through guidance professional-vocational.en-US
dc.descriptionLa orientación vocacional-profesional no es un problema reciente, a través del tiempo, la sociedad ha tratado de que el individuo se ajuste a la profesión, como una de las cuestiones fundamentales para que obtenga mejores resultados en su actividad fundamental, el trabajo; por lo que este tema ha estado en el pensamiento de filósofos, sociológicos, psicólogos y pedagogos en general.  La presente investigación parte de un paradigma interpretativo que tiene como objetivo profundizar en los valores morales y sociales que emergen de la obra pedagógica martiana. De acuerdo a los resultados del análisis, la práctica de la orientación profesional-vocacional ha tenido cambios notables desde su definición, alcance y proyección. En Latinoamérica se ha logrado una mayor conciencia sobre la importancia de dirigir esos esfuerzos de orientación, al desarrollo integral de la personalidad del joven, a estimular su capacidad de decisión mediante una adecuada información y autoconocimiento. Desde Cuba se desarrolla esta labor apoyado en el pensamiento de José Julián Martí Pérez, que enfatiza la formación integral de los jóvenes, sensibiliza con el perfil profesional del maestro entre otros, se concluye que este enfoque es importante en la sociedad a través de la orientación profesional-vocacional.  es-ES
