INFLUENCE OF THE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AND THE TYPE OF FAMILY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LANGUAGE IN CHILDREN OF 3 TO 5 YEARS OLD

dc.descriptionResumen: El desarrollo del lenguaje del niño está vinculado de manera directa con el entorno que rodea al niño y su familia. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el entorno familiar y el tipo de familia en el desarrollo del área de lenguaje en niños de 3 a 5 años. Referente al método, se método, se aplicaron dos instrumentos de evaluación, el Test de desarrollo psicomotor (TEPSI) y el inventario HOME para la familia. En los resultados  existió prevalencia del sexo femenino en los infantes  (52.52 %), se evidenció que el promedio de edad de las madres fue 32.21  (DE = 3.92)  y el de los padres 34.81 (DE = 3.75), existió  índice alto en el nivel de la educación de las madres, siendo el  (65.65 %) nivel educativo superior y  el padre un predominio el nivel universitario (77, 77 %), en cuanto al tipo de familia se presentó mayor porcentaje de las  familias nucleares (44, 45 %), Con respecto a la relación conyugal entre los padres y madres se reportó que el (42.43 %) habitan con padres casados. En cuanto al entorno familiar se detectó nivel moderado de 46 (46.46 %) y en el al área del lenguaje se evidenció un índice alto de (56.56 %) en la categoría de desarrollo normal. Con los resultados que se obtuve en la investigación se pudo determinar conclusiones en base al tema investigado. Como conclusión, se evidenció la relación que hay entre las variables del objetivo, dando como resultado una interacción entre el entorno familiar y el desarrollo del lenguaje del niño (p < 0.001) y el tipo de familia y el desarrollo del lenguaje. dc.description  Abstract: The child's language development is directly linked to the environment around the child and their family. The objective was to determine the relationship between the family environment and the type of family in the development of the language area in children from 3 to 5 years old. Regarding the method, two evaluation instruments were applied, the Psychomotor Development Test (TEPSI) and the HOME inventory for the family. In the results, there was a prevalence of the female sex in infants (52.52 %), it was evidenced that the average age of mothers was 32.21 (SD = 3.92) and that of fathers 34.81 (SD = 3.75), there was a high rate in the level of education of the mothers, with (65.65%) being a higher educational level and the father a predominance at the university level (77, 77 %), regarding the type of family there was a higher percentage of nuclear families (44, 45%), With respect to the marital relationship between parents, it was reported that (42.43 %) live with married parents. Regarding the family environment, a moderate level of 46 (46.46 %) was detected and in the language area a high index of (56.56 %) was evidenced in the normal development category. With the results obtained in the investigation, conclusions could be drawn based on the investigated topic. As a conclusion, the relationship between the objective variables was evidenced, resulting in an interaction between the family environment and the child's language development (p <0.001) and the type of family and language development.
