| dc.description | Esta investigación expone los cambios efectuados por las Instituciones de Educación Superior de Ecuador, en lo referente a las mallas curriculares, con el fin de generar una oferta que contribuya al Plan Nacional para el Buen Vivir y forjar una sociedad del conocimiento, emprendedora, que integrará ejes sustantivos como la docencia, investigación, y vinculación. Se enfoca en evaluar la pertinencia de las Carreras de Administración, con la finalidad de ofertar una formación profesional capaz de contribuir a los planes estratégicos de Ecuador, por lo cual se realizó investigación descriptiva, de tipo cuantitativo, cualitativo, y deductiva, utilizando instrumentos y técnicas de investigación, como encuestas a egresados de la Universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador, bachilleres de colegios y empleadores de Guayaquil, también se recabó información del sector empresarial de la ciudad mencionada.Es por esto que la Universidad de Guayaquil preocupada por las necesidades del entorno y el desarrollo económico del país, realizó este estudio para evaluar esa pertinencia, que permitirá direccionar los contenidos de los programas de estudios y mallas curriculares, de acuerdo a su modelo educativo, con la expectativa de cumplir con los indicadores de acreditación dispuestos de acuerdo a las nuevas exigencias del Consejo de Educación Superior. ABSTRACT This research exposes the changes made by the Higher Education Institutions of Ecuador, in relation to the curricula, in order to generate an offer that contributes to the National Plan for Good Living and forge an entrepreneurial knowledge society, which will integrate Substantive axes such as teaching, research, and linking. It focuses on evaluating the relevance of the Management Programs, with the purpose of offering a professional training capable of contributing to Ecuador's strategic plans, for which quantitative, qualitative, and deductive descriptive research was carried out using instruments and Research techniques, such as surveys of graduates of the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador, high school graduates and employers in Guayaquil, information was also collected from the business sector of the aforementioned city.
