UTE aims to promote the development of technology-based businesses, social and corporations for the Integrated System of Higher Education SIUTE (Sistema Integrado de Educación Superior) by its initials in Spanish, supporting specialized training to professionals that generate employment and resources for the country. The model adapts to the conditions of Ecuador and the institutions; for this study, the Campuses of Quito, Santo Domingo and Salinas were considered. The information was taken from a sample of 1184 students of all schools, interviews with entrepreneurs, and the analysis of documents from Latin American countries. The objective was to create a model to Support Entrepreneurship applicable to SIUTE. It is observed that students have high expectations for this new approach to education and is possibilities of application. There is interest in forming businesses, with financial support and capital. They require tailored assistance for the development of their Business Plan and the organization the company. Students have the availability to financially contribute to the Center. The Base Line displays a limited number of entrepreneurs’ cases in SIUTE. The information of the visited Entrepreneurship Centers, such as the interviews with entrepreneurs, demonstrates the need for the creation of the Center.La UTE tiene como propósito impulsar el desarrollo de empresas de base tecnológica, social y empresarial para el Sistema Integrado de Educación Superior SIUTE, apoyando la formación de profesionales generadores de empleo y recursos para el país. El Modelo se enmarca dentro de las condiciones del Ecuador y la institución. Se consideraron para el estudio los Campus de Quito, Santo Domingo y Salinas. La información se tomó de una muestra de 1184 estudiantes de todas las modalidades, así como de entrevistas a empresarios y análisis de documentos de países Latinoamericanos. El objetivo planteado fue crear un Modelo de Apoyo al Emprendimiento aplicable al SIUTE. Se observa altas expectativas en los estudiantes por este nuevo enfoque educativo y las posiblidades de aplicación. Existe interés por formar sus propias empresas, con apoyo financiero y capital; por parte del estudiantado,disponibilidad positiva. La Línea de Base muestra un número limitado de casos emprendedores en el SIUTE. La información de los Centros de Emprendimiento visitados, como las entrevistas a los empresarios, sutentan la necesidad de la creación del Centro.
