The mentioned treatments, with the concentrations of auxina go down, they presented the best results for the enraizamiento and acclimatization of the vitroplants.En este trabajo se ensayaron varias concentraciones y combinaciones de reguladores de crecimiento tanto para el establecimiento y multiplicación in vitro de yemas, como para el enraizamiento y aclimatación Ex Vitro de explantes de Malanga (Xantomona sagittifolium (L) Schott.). El 68.75% de las yemas establecidas en un medio de cultivo conformado por la totalidad de las sales del MS suplementado con 0.1 mg L-1 de BAP sobrevivieron sin contaminarse. En el mejor de los casos, los brotes se multiplicaron 1.91 veces y crecieron hasta 4.86 cm en el primer subcultivo que utilizó la totalidad de las sales del MS suplementado con 3 mg L-1 BAP + 1.5 mg L-1 AIA. En la fase de enraizamiento y aclimatación sobrevivieron el 75% de los explantes testigo, a pesar de que desarrollaron las raíces más largas (6.92 cm). Con el tratamiento conteniendo 500 mg kg-1 tanto de ANA como de AIB; sobrevivieron el 80% de los brotes, los cuales desarrollaron en promedio 9.14 raíces de 5.9 cm c/u. Los tratamientos mencionados, con las concentraciones de auxina más bajas, presentaron los mejores resultados para el enraizamiento y aclimatación de las vitroplantas.
