Resumen
In the pasteurization process, the microorganisms that are used for the
fermentation and rotting of bier are mainly eliminated by high temperatures. This
project is about a study of feasibility for the implementation, cost analysis and the rent
of the automation for the process of equipment for flash pasteurization in a bier
industry. The main point of this job is to obtain the advantages in costs, production and
mainly in the quality of the final product of the pasteurization working with an
automation process. For this, we have considered a Programmable Logic Controller for
the acquisition, treatment and process of the signals generated by the field instruments.
The process will be monitored and supervised continuously, so and SCADA system will
be developed for this task in an operation room, and for the field will be implemented a
Human Machine Interface. It will be considered the different rules and standards that
are in force in our country at the moment of the design.
