This Thesis work develops a study for the Implementation of a System of Administration in Security and Occupational Health using the SASST in PROVEFRUT S.A., with this work the company wants to develop a System of Administration to eliminate, and diminish the daily risks. The proposal is an investment for the company, being it economic, viable, current, secure, reliable and efficient for the implementation of a System of Administration in the three levels of Security and Health in any labor environment that is the Human Resource and Technical Administration. The chapters described in this thesis are in function of the System to be implemented having in the first chapter the clear basis that this study pursues to get to the operation of the System of the Security and Health in the Work. The second chapter treats about the SASST model; it was given by Risks of the Work of the IESS contemplating the 3 levels of Administration that should be applied in the Administration for the Security and Health in the Work. In the third chapter is carried out the analysis and the diagnostic of the Security and Health in the plant of PROVEFRUT S.A. to evaluate all the existent risks with the respective Map of Risks, there are recommendations to avoid or to diminish the most outstanding risks in the company, besides in this chapter it is described the sinister that the company used to have such us accidents and occupational illnesses so that there is a yearly comparison and the evolution can be seen when it is implemented. In the quarter chapter the proposal is already made with the whole methodology to be applied in the Administration of the System of the Security and Health in the Work. The way in which all the registrations are taken; the practices that are taken to eliminate or to diminish the risks of the company. The result of this system is taking care of the workers so that they are developed in a sure and healthy atmosphere, with this the companies that applies it will be rewarded in a constant growth and continuous improvement of their production, because a company with responsibility in Security and Health for its workers gives sources of work without risks.En el presente trabajo de tesis se plantea la propuesta para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional utilizando el SART en la Empresa PROVEFRUT S.A., con ello desarrollar un Sistema de Gestión para eliminar o disminuir los riesgos que existen en el trabajo cotidiano de las empresas. Se plantea una propuesta que pretende ser económica, viable, actual, segura, confiable y eficiente para la instalación de un Sistema de Gestión en los tres niveles de seguridad y salud en cualquier ámbito laboral, que es la Gestión Administrativa, Gestión del Recurso Humano y Gestión Técnica. Los capítulos que describe en esta tesis son en función del Sistema a Implementarse teniendo en el primer capítulo los fundamentos claros que se persigue en el estudio para llegar al funcionamiento del Sistema de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. En el segundo Capítulo se enmarca el Modelo del SART dado por Riesgos del Trabajo IESS contemplando los 3 Niveles de gestión que se debe aplicar en la gestión para la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En el capítulo tercero se realiza el análisis y el diagnóstico de la seguridad y salud en la planta de PROVEFRUT S.A. para evaluar todos los riesgos existentes en la misma con el respectivo mapa de riesgos, se hace recomendaciones para evitar o disminuir los riesgos más relevantes de la empresa, además en este capítulo se describe la siniestralidad de la empresa en cuanto accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales para que se vea una comparación de año a año y se pueda ver la evolución cuando se implemente el sistema de seguridad y salud en la empresa. En el capítulo cuarto ya se hace la propuesta con toda la metodología aplicarse en la Gestión del Sistema de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del cómo se lo debe llevar y todos los registros que la misma genera como la práctica del personal para eliminar o disminuir los riesgos de la empresa PROVEFRUT S.A. Aplicando el sistema del estudio que se presenta se dará como resultado el cuidar de los trabajadores para que se desenvuelvan en un ambiente seguro y saludable, con ello la empresa que lo aplique o empresas se verán retribuidas en un constante crecimiento y mejoramiento continuo de su producción, porque una empresa con responsabilidad en seguridad y salud para sus trabajadores da fuentes de trabajo sin riesgos.
