Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad poder conocer la intervención del Trabajador Social en la protección de derechos de los colaboradores con discapacidad a partir de los procesos de inclusión laboral que deben de ser promovidos desde el Departamento de Talento Humano de la Industria Conservas Isabel, el tema desarrollado en este estudio se denominó como inclusión Laboral a Personas con Discapacidad en la Industria Conservas Isabel, Año 2021, la metodología que se implementó fue de enfoque cualitativo, se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista a tres Licenciadas en Trabajador Social de la Industria Conservas Isabel, a dos colaboradores con discapacidad como informantes claves que contribuyeron directamente a la obtención de datos relevantes para este estudio, debido a que la protección de derechos no solo debe estar centrada en las personas con discapacidad, sino también en las demás personas que tienen influencia directa a los mismos, para que a través de la sensibilización pueden incluirlos sin discriminaciones, conozcan las normativas legales y sepan cómo actuar si presencian vulneraciones que afecten en desarrollo integral que deben de gozar; las conclusiones estuvieron fundamentadas en los propósitos de esta investigación basados en la adaptabilidad física de la Industria Conserva Isabel como garantía del cumplimento correcto de las actividades asignadas y la programación de charlas, talleres, capacitaciones de sensibilización como estrategias del Departamento de Talento Humano para promover la inclusión laboral.

ABSTRACT:
This research aimed to be able to know the intervention of the Social Worker in the protection of the rights of employees with disabilities from the processes of labor inclusion that must be promoted from the Department of Human Talent. The theme developed in this study was called Labor Inclusion for People with Disabilities in the Canning Industry Isabel, Year 2021. The methodology that was implemented was of qualitative approach, the technique of the interview was applied to three Social Workers of the Industries Conserve’s Isabel, to two collaborators with disabilities as key informants who contributed directly to the obtaining of relevant data for this study, because the protection of rights should not only be focused on people with disabilities, but also on other people who have direct influence on them, so that through awareness they can include them without discrimination, know the legal regulations and know how to act if they witness violations that affect the integral development that they should enjoy. The conclusions were based on the purposes of this research based on the physical adaptability of the Isabel Conserve Industry as a guarantee of the correct fulfillment of the assigned activities and the programming of talks, workshops, awareness training as strategies of the Department of Human Talent to promote labor inclusion.
